UPDATE!!!!! all panels are now blocked, acid etched, primed and sprayed. what a way to spend an evening. worth it in the end.
next up is to get out the damp cloth and polish, clean between all the nooks and crannies.
and after months of being stood on the paddock stands under the custom made sleeping bag cover (literally two sleeping bags with a waterproof layer sown over them) its time to name her, ive gone with Sophie

    hi im rebuilding a gs400 1991 japanesse model its great watching a bike go from scrap to almost brand new looking . like the name you chose mine is called phoenix as he has risen from the ashes of the scrap yard lol

    thats a beatuiful bike the 90 and 91s were by far the more beautiful shaped bikes and im loving the name with some sort of passion any pictures?

    ill have a snap tomorrow after college and serious? that would be my greatest achievement so far ill post some hopefully tomorrow and keep them updated, thanks for the great offer
