    Introduction

The National Committee identified the need for a person or persons in a position within the club as Show Co-ordinator(s).

The National Committee realised that the club needed to promote itself at various motorcycling events throughout the country. It was further decided that there would be two positions due to the large areas to be covered; these roles would be Show Co-ordinator (North) and Show Co-ordinator (South). The demarcation line for these areas is defined as a line running East to West Across the country around the Birmingham latitude, with the Southern co-ordinator looking after the country below this line and the Northern person looking after all areas above this line. However the National Committee further decided that due to their high profile, there were three events that would require the need to amalgamate both areas and the presence of both Show Co-ordinators, these events were identified as The BMF show, The Staffordshire Classic Bike show and the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show at the NEC.
This document identifies the post profile for the role of Show Co-ordinators and the reporting requirements for the post holders.

Furthermore the posts will be executive positions, with the Post Holders being permanent members of and accountable to the National Committee
