after laying in bed a couple nights ago thoughts started going through my head about how much i was going to miss the old gal, then suddenly it clicked, get a little 50cc for a run about and then spend every other waking moment working on her. part of me knew i couldnt let such a beautiful gsxr go <3
after finninshing the gsxr 400 project 90 - 95% funding has dried up completely and i have no time left to complete it unfortunately i now have to sell her, she was never the best bike but she was my baby and bought me many hours of fun, be it riding her or fixing her up, when she finds a new home i hopethey love her as much as i do :'( goodbye sophie

UPDATE!!!!! all panels are now blocked, acid etched, primed and sprayed. what a way to spend an evening. worth it in the end. next up is to get out the damp cloth and polish, clean between all the nooks and crannies. and after months of being stood on the paddock stands under the custom made sleeping bag cover (literally two sleeping bags with a waterproof layer sown over them) its time to name her, ive gone with Sophie GSXRJames ... what the latest on the gsxr I hear (pretend to hear) you ask? well the latest is all the plastics are off now, im having a damn good polish of all the not so shiny parts and ive finally after 4 hours of agonising blocking the panels ive managed to get down to the coat before the gel coating and have managed to lay down 2 coats of primer, quite like it in a dark grey but it would be a waste of shiny new paint not to go black, anybody got any ideas on decals that would look nice? i ...
